Conocimos el funcionamiento de uno de los principales motores econ\u00f3micos de Almer\u00eda, recorrimos los alrededores del edificio e instalaciones del puerto pesquero de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Para conocer en profundidad y vivir en primera persona el proceso del pescado de Almer\u00eda, asistimos a la subasta del pescado que se realiz\u00f3 en el puerto, tras poder ver llegar las embarcaciones con la faena.<\/p>\n<p>La Lonja de Pescados de Almer\u00eda es el lugar donde se realiza la primera venta de los productos pesqueros que son capturados cada d\u00eda por los pescadores profesionales del puerto de Almer\u00eda. Es una pesca de bajura y se subastan las capturas que tienen menos de 12h desde que se pescaron. Esta primera venta de los productos marinos se realiza mediante una subasta a la baja en la que tan solo los compradores autorizados pueden pujar por ellos a trav\u00e9s de un mando que contiene sus datos. Hay una subasta a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana para los productos capturados por la flota de cerco (tra\u00ed\u00f1as) que faenan por la noche, y una subasta vespertina para la venta de las capturas de la flota de arrastre y artes menores, siempre de lunes a viernes.<\/p>\n<p>Los particulares pueden realizar visitas al puerto pesquero y a la lonja a trav\u00e9s del Ayuntamiento de Almer\u00eda y de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Productores Pesqueros de Almer\u00eda que organizan visitas guiadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AJE Almer\u00eda disfrut\u00f3 con su programa FABRICANDO, la visita guiada a la Lonja de Almer\u00eda.
