A la hora de emprender hay que tener en cuenta una serie de premisas que permitir\u00e1n que avances a paso m\u00e1s seguro y decidido. La idea de gestionar una franquicia<\/strong> es una opci\u00f3n con una gran ventaja: unirse a un modelo de negocio consolidado y con unas pautas b\u00e1sicas establecidas.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el tipo de franquiciado existir\u00edan tres modelos de negocio<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Franquicias de autoempleo<\/strong>: Es la m\u00e1s com\u00fan, y es en la que el franquiciado trabaja permanentemente en el negocio, dependiendo su \u00e9xito de la implicaci\u00f3n en la gesti\u00f3n del mismo. De esta manera, el franquiciado se convierte en un empresario real, siendo el director del proyecto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. Franquicias de gesti\u00f3n<\/strong>: En esta opci\u00f3n, el franquiciado dirige el negocio pero no es necesaria una implicaci\u00f3n total. Es com\u00fan en los casos en los que la franquicia pertenezca a un sector que las explota como una ampliaci\u00f3n del negocio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Franquicias de inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>: Es el modelo menos frecuente, y consiste en que la franquiciadora concede a inversores una franquicia y les ayuda en su gesti\u00f3n. No precisa de dedicaci\u00f3n completa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        A la hora de escoger un patr\u00f3n u otro, deber\u00e1 primar el grado de implicaci\u00f3n que est\u00e9s dispuesto a tener. En cualquier caso, dirigir un negocio \u2013aunque exista el respaldo del franquiciador- requiere de supervisi\u00f3n y control, ya que los resultados depender\u00e1n de ello. Miguel \u00c1ngel Montoya, gerente de la papeler\u00eda Carlin en Almer\u00eda<\/strong><\/a>, est\u00e1 muy contento con la elecci\u00f3n de la tienda como franquicia. \u201cEn este caso yo gestiono el negocio<\/strong>. Carlin, como franquiciador, te da una serie de pautas a seguir pero yo tengo libertad para administrarlo\u201d, apunta.<\/p>\n

        Los emprendedores que decidan lanzarse a la aventura con una franquicia necesitar\u00e1n estudiar cada caso concreto para no experimentar futuras decepciones. Seg\u00fan Montoya, \u201cmi modelo de franquicia lo recomiendo cien por cien, es muy gratificante\u201d.<\/p>\n

        Un factor clave \u2013adem\u00e1s de la notoriedad de la marca- es conseguir una buena ubicaci\u00f3n para el negocio<\/strong>; en este caso, la ayuda del franquiciador es fundamental. \u00c9ste deber\u00e1 examinar exhaustivamente las opciones que existen para evitar el fracaso del proyecto.<\/p>\n

        Por otro lado, Alberto Alarc\u00f3n<\/strong>, broker de la empresa inmobiliaria RE\/MAX en Almer\u00eda<\/strong><\/a>, que dirige junto a Carlos Dot, explica que \u201caunque la marca sea una franquicia,\u00a0el negocio en s\u00ed mismo es de propiedad y gesti\u00f3n independientes, la franquicia es solo una herramienta, un apoyo. Este sistema te permite entender antes el negocio y poder crecer m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente y en mayor escala\u201d. No duda cuando piensa en por qu\u00e9 eligi\u00f3 esta marca a la hora de franquiciar: \u201cDentro del sector inmobiliario me pareci\u00f3 la marcar m\u00e1s completa, por su imagen, presencia nacional e internacional, importancia de la formaci\u00f3n y de la sinergia, y por contar con un sistema probado para crecer y desarrollar el negocio sin l\u00edmites\u201d.<\/p>\n

        Seg\u00fan la revista Emprendedores, la salud, belleza, empresas de consultor\u00eda o de deporte, son los sectores m\u00e1s\u00a0atractivos a la hora de franquiciar<\/strong>, y los que m\u00e1s \u00e9xito est\u00e1n teniendo en estos \u00faltimos meses.<\/p>\n
