Los j\u00f3venes emprendedores vienen pisando fuerte<\/strong>, creando y renovando continuamente su forma de trabajar con el objetivo de intentar no caer en la rutina. La Asociaci\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes Empresarios de Almer\u00eda lleva por bandera el t\u00e9rmino innovaci\u00f3n, y cuenta entre sus socios con personas con un gran potencial: emprendedores que exprimen sus capacidades para conseguir ser referentes en su campo.<\/p>\n

Nos encontramos ante un mercado cada vez m\u00e1s cambiante y exigente, y, ante ello, las empresas no tienen m\u00e1s remedio que reinventarse<\/strong> y recurrir a la innovaci\u00f3n para garantizar su supervivencia. As\u00ed lo expresa el equipo que se encuentra detr\u00e1s de la firma de complementos de madera Cohnque<\/strong><\/a>r – compuesto por Jos\u00e9 y Alberto P\u00e1ez y Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez- tiene claro que innovar \u201ces necesario para ser diferente, destacar y, sobre todo, para evolucionar y revolucionar\u201d<\/strong>. Este punto puede ser el que marque la diferencia con la competencia, y el que \u201cpermita a las empresas encarar el futuro -y el presente- con m\u00e1s garant\u00edas\u201d, apunta Antonio Jes\u00fas Fern\u00e1ndez, gerente de la empresa Ingenieros Alborada <\/strong><\/a>y presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes Empresarios almeriense. El principal servicio de Alborada es \u201cdesarrollar software a medida para nuestros clientes\u201d<\/strong>, explica Fern\u00e1ndez. \u201cDurante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o nuestra principal tarea ha sido innovar en procesos internos y en la comunicaci\u00f3n con el cliente, aplicando metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles de desarrollo y el conocido como \u2018continuous delivery\u2019<\/em>, donde los clientes reciben su producto paso a paso desde el principio hasta que est\u00e9 totalmente terminado\u201d, aclara. Por otro lado, \u201ctambi\u00e9n hemos innovado haciendo trabajos en nuevos \u00e1mbitos de actuaci\u00f3n como pueden ser Machine Learning, Smart Cities o el Internet de las Cosas\u201d<\/strong>. Es imprescindible \u201cadelantarnos a las nuevas tendencias y poder ofrecerle al consumidor un valor a\u00f1adido que nadie m\u00e1s pueda darle. Asimismo, alejarse de la zona de confort puede ser en muchos de los casos agotador, pero a veces es el movimiento que permite que las empresas tengan una visi\u00f3n de futuro apasionante. \u201cNuestra idea es seguir incorporando mejoras que nos permitan desarrollar software robusto de la forma m\u00e1s eficiente posible y a\u00f1adir l\u00edneas de actuaci\u00f3n en \u00e1mbitos como el Machine Learning, es decir, crear software que pueda ser capaz de utilizar algoritmos de inteligencia artificial para tomar decisiones en la empresa y que sean capaces de predecir un comportamiento o realizar sugerencias sobre algo\u201d, indica el gerente de Alborada.<\/p>\n

Referentes en su campo<\/strong>
\n\u201cEs la clave para mantener una posici\u00f3n destacada\u201d, dice con determinaci\u00f3n el gerente de la empresa almeriense Proyecta Ingenio<\/strong><\/a>, Francisco Guill\u00e9n, cuya estrategia est\u00e1 orientada a solucionar los problemas actuales de uno de los sectores m\u00e1s vanguardistas, la agricultura, y todas las actividades relacionadas con \u00e9sta.<\/strong> Este sector se caracteriza por ser uno de los m\u00e1s innovadores de la provincia y que se encuentra en constante renovaci\u00f3n y cambio.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, convertirse en un referente en su sector<\/strong> es uno de los objetivos de las empresas dirigidas por estos j\u00f3venes empresarios, que trabajan duro para innovar en todos los procesos de su negocio, convencidos de que apostar por el cambio \u201cnos lleva, en muchos casos, a abarcar mercados o clientes que de otro modo nos ser\u00eda imposible\u201d, cuenta Antonio Jes\u00fas Fern\u00e1ndez.
