{"id":1624,"date":"2020-11-26T10:24:21","date_gmt":"2020-11-26T10:24:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ajeandalucia.org\/cadiz\/?p=1624"},"modified":"2020-11-30T10:26:55","modified_gmt":"2020-11-30T10:26:55","slug":"aje-andalucia-comparece-en-el-parlamento-en-relacion-con-el-presupuesto-de-la-comunidad-autonoma-de-andalucia-para-el-ano-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/cadiz\/2020\/11\/26\/aje-andalucia-comparece-en-el-parlamento-en-relacion-con-el-presupuesto-de-la-comunidad-autonoma-de-andalucia-para-el-ano-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"AJE ANDALUC\u00cdA COMPARECE EN EL PARLAMENTO EN RELACI\u00d3N CON EL PRESUPUESTO DE LA COMUNIDAD AUT\u00d3NOMA DE ANDALUC\u00cdA PARA EL A\u00d1O 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El Presidente de AJE Andaluc\u00eda avala la apuesta del gobierno andaluz por la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, como medida para atender la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y social del<\/strong><strong>\u00a0escenario actual de crisis econ\u00f3mica<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El presidente de AJE Andaluc\u00eda, Melesio Pe\u00f1a, acompa\u00f1ado del secretario general, F\u00e9lix Almagro, compareci\u00f3 en el d\u00eda de ayer, ante la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda y Financiaci\u00f3n Europea del Parlamento de Andaluc\u00eda, para insistir en que \u201cla crisis que hoy nos asola no tiene un origen empresarial, no es una crisis del modelo productivo, es, exclusivamente, una crisis sanitaria, y al ser ajena al mundo empresarial, su soluci\u00f3n no requiere ni cambiar necesariamente el modelo econ\u00f3mico, ni provocar m\u00e1s intervencionismo, ni generar a\u00fan m\u00e1s normas, ni consagrar cuestiones de tipo ideol\u00f3gico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El representante de los j\u00f3venes empresarios, ha animado a fomentar las colaboraciones p\u00fablico-privadas, \u201cd\u00e9jenme recordarles que esta relaci\u00f3n, como la de investigadores y laboratorios privados, han sido el \u00fanico ant\u00eddoto eficaz para desarrollar las tan ansiadas vacunas contra el Covid\u201d y aprovecha para trasladar que \u201cla actividad productiva que verdaderamente genera empleo es la empresarial, as\u00ed que la reactivaci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo va a ser posible a trav\u00e9s de estimular nuestra econom\u00eda, y, por tanto, apoyando a nuestras empresas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, Melesio Pe\u00f1a, recalca la especial relevancia que tienen los j\u00f3venes empresarios en la regi\u00f3n, como la mejor herramienta para el desarrollo de Andaluc\u00eda, \u201cdeben saber que la actividad emprendedora en Andaluc\u00eda genera, de manera directa, indirecta e inducida, un 11% del PIB y un 10,84% de su producci\u00f3n e ingresos, as\u00ed como que el 20% de los empleos creados en Andaluc\u00eda se deben a la actividad emprendedora\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En su defensa de la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, el representante de los j\u00f3venes empresarios, ha sostenido que \u201centendemos que las previsiones han sido marcadas por la pandemia desde el principio y por ello que el gasto principal lo sigan acaparando Sanidad, Educaci\u00f3n y Dependencia, pero tambi\u00e9n les recuerdo que no hay mejor pol\u00edtica social que la de generar empleo y de eso sabemos, lo hacemos bien y pueden contar con nosotros\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Melesio Pe\u00f1a, aprovech\u00f3 para felicitar al se\u00f1or Moreno, \u201ces acertada la decisi\u00f3n de no incluir en los presupuestos las partidas anunciadas por el Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a como inyecci\u00f3n extra para las comunidades contra la Covid, al no definir aquel, todav\u00eda, el criterio de reparto y quedar patente la volatilidad de sus compromisos, la falta de previsibilidad, estabilidad y continuas contradicciones en sus normativas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Concluye, el presidente de AJE, recordando que \u201clos j\u00f3venes empresarios creemos que somos parte imprescindible de la soluci\u00f3n a esta situaci\u00f3n. Nosotros estamos acostumbrados a encontrar las oportunidades en cualquier momento de dificultad, es por ello que tenemos claro que debemos ser tambi\u00e9n la palanca de activaci\u00f3n de una econom\u00eda que resulte fortalecida, con m\u00e1s productividad, m\u00e1s competitiva, moderna y digital. Una econom\u00eda que asiente con firmeza sus bases en el conocimiento y en la generaci\u00f3n de valor a\u00f1adido\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a
