La intenci\u00f3n de esta formaci\u00f3n ha sido facilitar a los hosteleros las herramientas necesarias para que salgan lanzados de la crisis del COVID, haciendo sus negocios rentables y viables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los empresarios de los establecimientos gaditanos m\u00e1s reconocidos y hosteleros de fuera de la provincia han recibido esta formaci\u00f3n gratuita en la que el experto en gesti\u00f3n empresarial les ha hecho pasar la ITV de sus negocios. The Food Manager ha animado a los hosteleros a ser conscientes de en qu\u00e9 punto est\u00e1n, ha dado las pautas necesarias para la planificaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de sus negocios, ha abordado el tema de las v\u00edas de financiaci\u00f3n, ha hablado de la importancia de la digitalizaci\u00f3n o de adaptaci\u00f3n a los nuevos tiempos con f\u00f3rmulas como el take away entre otras cuestiones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el evento, que ha tenido lugar en el Parador de Turismo de C\u00e1diz, han estado presentes el presidente de AJE C\u00e1diz Juan Antonio Parra, la vicepresidenta de AJE C\u00e1diz Marta Silva, la Concejala del Ayuntamiento de C\u00e1diz Monte Mures y el presidente de Horeca Antonio de Mar\u00eda. Juan Antonio Parra ha aprovechado la ocasi\u00f3n para hacer un llamamiento a la cohesi\u00f3n y al fomento de las ayudas para el sector de la hosteler\u00eda y la restauraci\u00f3n. \u201cNos sumamos a las reivindicaciones de ayudas y mejoras para el sector y aprovechando que algunas est\u00e1n aqu\u00ed presentes, pedimos a las autoridades, asociaciones, y federaciones que todos trabajemos unidos y en una misma l\u00ednea para salvar el sector de la hosteler\u00eda\u201d, ha comentado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SOBRE PACO CRUZ, THE FOOD MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al mando de los fogones de The Food Manager est\u00e1 Paco Cruz, un economista enamorado de la gastronom\u00eda, que lleva ya m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os haciendo lo que le gusta: restaurantes.
