AJE Andaluc\u00eda presenta una propuesta pionera para equiparar los derechos de conciliaci\u00f3n de las personas aut\u00f3nomas.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa busca acabar con la desigualdad que los aut\u00f3nomos sufren frente a los trabajadores asalariados en cuanto a derechos de conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Desde AJE se ha presentado una propuesta que el pasado 22 de diciembre fue registrada en el Parlamento andaluz para que ning\u00fan aut\u00f3nomo tenga que volver a elegir entre su familia o negocio. Estas son nuestras 6 soluciones reales:<\/p>\n

– Lactancia para todas las trabajadoras: Un permiso de lactancia remunerado e igualitario. Que ser aut\u00f3noma no signifique renunciar a los cuidados b\u00e1sicos de tu beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n

– Baja flexible : Que los aut\u00f3nomos puedan elegir trabajar a media jornada desde que nacen sus hijos, cobrando la mitad de la prestaci\u00f3n y pagando la mitad de la cuota. Cuidar sin cerrar la persiana.<\/p>\n

– Reducci\u00f3n de cuota por cuidado de hijos: Que, al igual que los asalariados, los aut\u00f3nomos que reduzcan su jornada para cuidar de hijos menores de 3 a\u00f1os paguen menos cuota, manteniendo su base de cotizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

– Contratos de sustituci\u00f3n bonificables a media jornada: Que las ayudas para contratar a un sustituto se apliquen tambi\u00e9n a medias jornadas. Contratar debe ser una soluci\u00f3n, no un laberinto de requisitos imposibles.<\/p>\n

– Apoyo a las familias numerosas: Un descuento directo del 25% o 50% en la cuota de aut\u00f3nomo para quienes m\u00e1s soportan mayor carga econ\u00f3mica y log\u00edstica en sus familias.<\/p>\n

– Que la maternidad no cueste el doble: Bonificaci\u00f3n al 100% de los seguros sociales durante las bajas de maternidad o paternidad de los empleados. Que un negocio no sea castigado econ\u00f3micamente cuando alguien del equipo decide ser padre o madre.<\/p>\n
