Para ellos, la pr\u00e1ctica del derecho deber ser, ante todo, un oficio de servicio donde la relaci\u00f3n entre el profesional y el cliente es muy importante.Su objetivo principal es ofrecer un servicio personalizado y multiling\u00fce en resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y en derecho. Creen firmemente que la mediaci\u00f3n es la mejor soluci\u00f3n para resolver los problemas porque se basa en la necesidades de los clientes, involucr\u00e1ndolos directamente en el proceso de decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda con la multiplicaci\u00f3n de los intercambios internacionales y los conflictos que pueden generar, tenemos que adaptar nuestro enfoque legal y encontrar una soluci\u00f3n que se aproxime de manera mas adecuada a los criterios de extranjer\u00eda, lengua, tiempo y coste. La mediaci\u00f3n es un nuevo m\u00e9todo para plantear soluciones a los conflictos porque se despliegan de manera privada, sin la utilizaci\u00f3n de los procedimientos judiciales y la aplicaci\u00f3n de leyes. As\u00ed, ning\u00fan sistema de derecho esta elegido preferentemente, lo que impide que\u00a0una de las partes est\u00e9 favorecida por la elecci\u00f3n de su derecho estatal.
