Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado a medida del perfil, intereses y grado de cualificaci\u00f3n y de capacitaci\u00f3n del joven y <strong>responde a la demanda actual de las empresas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las empresas que se adhieran al plan se beneficiar\u00e1n de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>J\u00f3venes cualificados profesionalmente y enfocados hacia la empresa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>J\u00f3venes con competencias espec\u00edficas en puestos de trabajo de la empresa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participar en un programa de mejora social comprometido con el empleo y el futuro de los j\u00f3venes de nuestra provincia sello de Empresa Comprometida<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beneficios e incentivos en los contratos de trabajo que se realicen.\u00a0<\/strong>300\u20ac por contrato de duraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 1 mes.\u00a01500\u20acpor contrato de duraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 6 meses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para poder ajustar al m\u00e1ximo la formaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes, <strong>es necesario que se rellene un documento informativo<\/strong> que no compromete a nada, cuyo objetivo es ver las necesidades de contrataci\u00f3n de personal de las empresas, conocer la cualificaci\u00f3n que tienen los puestos de trabajo y si afectar\u00e1n a los colectivos masculino y femenino y planificar acciones formativas que mejoren su cualificaci\u00f3n profesional y posibiliten el acceso a un puesto de trabajo de j\u00f3venes incluidos en el programa PICE (Programa Integral de cualificaci\u00f3n y empleo).
