Facilita nuestra defensa y consiguientemente nuestra supervivencia. Sin embargo a veces juega en nuestra contra, impidi\u00e9ndonos dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Este taller sirve para enfrentarse a un miedo muy concreto: el miedo esc\u00e9nico, o glosofobia, y ya que no podemos hacerlo desaparecer, buscaremos la forma de minimizarlo, controlarlo y de que trabaje a nuestro favor a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas y herramientas con las que se entrenan los profesionales que m\u00e1s a menudo tienen que enfrentar este temor: los actores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desinhibirse, restando solemnidad al hecho de dirigirse a una audiencia.<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir herramientas que proporcionen seguridad y confianza de cara a un p\u00fablico, y que permitan sintonizar con \u00e9l de una manera r\u00e1pida y efectiva, cuidando los aspectos verbales y gestuales\/corporales.<\/li>\n<li>Introducirnos en el conocimiento del lenguaje no verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Usar lo mejor de nosotros mismos en cualquier reuni\u00f3n, entrevista, presentaci\u00f3n o discurso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contenidos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desinhibici\u00f3n y confianza.<\/li>\n<li>Creatividad, capacidad de respuesta y escucha activa.<\/li>\n<li>La presencia esc\u00e9nica: la voz y el cuerpo como herramientas y la importancia del lenguaje no verbal.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 quiero comunicar?.
