{"id":35093,"date":"2020-09-24T14:01:07","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T12:01:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ajeandalucia.org\/granada\/?p=35093"},"modified":"2020-09-24T14:01:07","modified_gmt":"2020-09-24T12:01:07","slug":"aje-granada-y-revelles-abogados-firman-un-convenio-de-colaboracion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/granada\/2020\/09\/24\/aje-granada-y-revelles-abogados-firman-un-convenio-de-colaboracion\/","title":{"rendered":"AJE Granada y Revelles abogados firman un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AJE Granada firma un nuevo acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ajeandalucia.org\/granada\/speaker\/reverles-abogados\/\"><strong>Revelles Abogados,\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>despacho de referencia en <strong>excelencia jur\u00eddica<\/strong> y de obtenci\u00f3n de reiterad\u00edsimas sentencias y resoluciones favorables, tanto en v\u00eda administrativa como judicial, en lo social, administrativo, penal, civil, mercantil, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante esta colaboraci\u00f3n, todos los asociados de AJE Granada,\u00a0as\u00ed como las personas que con \u00e9l\/ella\u00a0 convivan, entendi\u00e9ndose c\u00f3nyuge o conviviente e hijos solteros y no emancipados\u00a0podr\u00e1n beneficiarse se lo siguiente;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Asesoramiento legal gratuito<\/strong> a los asociados de AJE. Este asesoramiento incluye, previo estudio de la problem\u00e1tica planteada y de su oportuna documentaci\u00f3n, reuni\u00f3n f\u00edsica en el despacho de Revelles Abogados S.L.P. en el que se realizar\u00e1 un planteamiento general de la cuesti\u00f3n a tratar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asimismo, tambi\u00e9n se evacuar\u00e1n <strong>gratis, sin coste alguno, todas las prestaciones de servicios jur\u00eddicos concernientes a la esfera consultiva<\/strong> (consultas sobre plazos, comprobaciones de planteamientos y solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n, criterios sobre aspectos legales, orientaciones y similares), emitidos y formulados oralmente o por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Todas las restantes actuaciones judiciales o extrajudiciales gozar\u00e1n de una reducci\u00f3n y <strong>descuento del veinticinco por ciento (25%) de los honorarios profesionales.<\/strong> En todo caso, previamente se presupuestar\u00e1, caso por caso a trav\u00e9s de Hoja de Encargo con cada asociado de AJE, no inici\u00e1ndose actuaci\u00f3n alguna por parte de Revelles Abogados S.L.P mientras no haya sido previamente aceptado el presupuesto de honorarios (con su correspondiente descuento) por el afiliado de la AJE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Celebraci\u00f3n de <strong>desayunos, meriendas jur\u00eddicas o citas colectivas<\/strong> para aquellas cuestiones legales que los afiliados de AJE quisieran proponer por ser de especial conocimiento para sus intereses
