Antes de montar People and Talent he estado m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os trabajando como director de RRHH en diferentes empresas nacionales e internacionales como Alcampo, Telepizza Espa\u00f1a, DSM o como Gerente de la Sociedad de Estiba del Puerto de Algeciras. Como ves d\u00e1ndo vueltas por Espa\u00f1a y otros pa\u00edses pero siempre pensando en volver a Granada , por lo que hace 9 a\u00f1os decid\u00ed montar un proyecto profesional uniendo a mi experiencia profesional, mis pasiones, la psicolog\u00eda y las personas.
