\u00a1\u00a1Nueva edici\u00f3n Meet AJE!!<\/strong><\/em> Esta semana conocemos mejor a otra empresa asociada, <\/em>C\u00edvica Software<\/strong><\/a> de la mano de su director general Josep Roig. <\/strong>Empresa especializada en el<\/em>\u00a0desarrollo de soluciones de negocio basadas en tecnolog\u00eda y en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital, Business Intelligence e Integraci\u00f3n de Sistemas<\/strong><\/em>.<\/em><\/p>\n

– Hola Josep, <\/em><\/strong>cu\u00e9ntanos un poco que puesto desarrollas en C\u00edvica Software, qu\u00e9 funciones realizas y como te decidiste a llevar a cabo este proyecto.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Yo soy el director general de C\u00edvica. Entr\u00e9 en la empresa en el a\u00f1o 2017, en un momento de cambio total de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, porque en este a\u00f1o C\u00edvica se une a otra empresa y se crea un nuevo proyecto empresarial. Desde el primer momento los promotores de ese nuevo proyecto se dieron cuenta que ten\u00edan cubiertas las vertientes comercial y de producci\u00f3n pero les faltaba la componente de gesti\u00f3n; yo los conoc\u00eda y me propusieron entrar en este proyecto y liderarlo, y desde entonces estoy dirigiendo la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Yo estudi\u00e9 Ingenier\u00eda Aeron\u00e1utica en Madrid, aunque nunca me he dedicado a ello. Despu\u00e9s, durante 15 a\u00f1os me dediqu\u00e9 al mundo de la Consultor\u00eda de Negocio. Mi trabajo era, b\u00e1sicamente, ayudar y apoyar a los directivos y empresarios en la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n

Siempre me defin\u00eda como un m\u00e9dico de empresas, ya que a m\u00ed me sol\u00edan llamar cuando las empresas estaban mal y los ayudaba a salir de situaciones complicadas.<\/p>\n

En el a\u00f1o 2017 uno de los proyectos que me lleg\u00f3 fue la uni\u00f3n de dos empresas, una de ellas C\u00edvica, y yo llev\u00e9 a cabo como consultor externo esa uni\u00f3n y a ra\u00edz de ah\u00ed, como he comentado antes, me qued\u00e9 en la empresa.<\/p>\n

– \u00bfQu\u00e9 servicios y l\u00edneas de negocio tiene? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es vuestro valor diferencial?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Nosotros somos una empresa en la que desarrollamos soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, soluciones de software, con especial \u00e9nfasis en el \u201cmundo del dato\u201d. Dise\u00f1amos e implementamos soluciones para gestionar y obtener informaci\u00f3n de los datos de las empresas. Fundamentalmente trabajamos para grandes corporaciones, aunque tambi\u00e9n podemos trabajar para PYMEs.<\/p>\n

El valor diferencial creo que est\u00e1 en la pasi\u00f3n que ponemos en nuestro trabajo, implic\u00e1ndonos hasta d\u00f3nde haga falta. No somos una empresa excesivamente mercantilista, es decir, dentro de nuestras prioridades el margen y el beneficio no est\u00e1 por delante de otros objetivos como la satisfacci\u00f3n de nuestros clientes o nuestros trabajadores.<\/p>\n

Profesionalidad, pasi\u00f3n y honestidad ante todo. Nos definimos como una empresa honesta con todos nuestros stakeholders<\/em>: trabajadores, clientes, proveedores\u2026 Intentamos no vender humo y ser sinceros.<\/p>\n

-Por \u00faltimo, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 decidiste pertenecer a AJE Granada?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Yo creo que el movimiento asociativo empresarial en general es muy importante por dos motivos. El primero, por la representaci\u00f3n de sus asociados ante las diferentes instituciones y administraciones p\u00fablicas, y para intentar defender el inter\u00e9s com\u00fan de todo ese colectivo. En este caso, AJE hace un gran papel.<\/p>\n

Y el segundo, la gran ayuda que se le ofrece a la peque\u00f1a empresa o aut\u00f3nomo que no tiene a\u00fan un posicionamiento, ni acceso a determinada informaci\u00f3n y que est\u00e1 un poco perdido. Una asociaci\u00f3n como AJE le brinda mucha informaci\u00f3n, posibilidades de contactos para hacer negocios con otras empresas asociadas… <\/em><\/p>\n

En C\u00edvica, al ser ahora una empresa de m\u00e1s tama\u00f1o, quiz\u00e1 tengamos los medios para conseguir por nosotros mismo ese tipo de servicios, pero no por ello vamos a dejar de seguir estando en AJE, sobre todo para arrimar el hombro y ayudar a esas peque\u00f1as empresas. Porque entendemos que de alguna manera el beneficio que en su d\u00eda obtuvo C\u00edvica de AJE lo tiene que revertir a los actuales asociados. Qu\u00e9 mejor manera que poner nuestro granito de arena en una asociaci\u00f3n como AJE que est\u00e1 al lado del emprendedor, del aut\u00f3nomos y de las nuevas empresas que son fundamentales y poder ser una palanca de ayuda para todos ellos.<\/em><\/p>\n
