Como cada semana conoceremos \u00a0a otra empresa que forma parte de la familia de AJE Granada, Laboratorios Alazor<\/a> de la mano de su directora Inmaculada Mu\u00f1oz de Escalona Rojas.<\/strong> Alazor es un laboratorio privado con m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia, integrado por un equipo con largo recorrido en el campo anal\u00edtico, de la calidad, consultor y docente.<\/p>\n

– Hola Inmaculada, <\/em>cu\u00e9ntanos qu\u00e9 puesto desarrollas en Laboratorio Alazor, qu\u00e9 funciones realizas y c\u00f3mo te decidiste a llevar a cabo este proyecto.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Soy la Directora del Laboratorio Alazor. Decido embarcarme en esta aventura porque como Licenciada en C.C. Biol\u00f3gicas, las salidas profesionales eran muy limitadas. Junto con mis compa\u00f1eras (tambi\u00e9n Bi\u00f3logas) y compa\u00f1ero, iniciamos la activad por falta de trabajo en nuestro sector y con la ilusi\u00f3n de hacer algo provechoso en lo que sab\u00edamos hacer.<\/p>\n

Como emprendedores, es emocionante crear nuestro propio puesto de trabajo, lo que nos permite seguir progresando en nuestra formaci\u00f3n, estar al d\u00eda a nivel “cient\u00edfico” y adem\u00e1s, generar riqueza y contribuir al entramado empresarial y profesional de nuestra provincia. Todo esto suena bien, pero para llegar hasta d\u00f3nde estamos, hemos dedicado muchas horas, esfuerzo y dinero en algo en lo que crees y en lo que te gusta trabajar. No es un camino f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n

Somos un Laboratorio de An\u00e1lisis Agroalimentarios<\/strong>, especializados en el an\u00e1lisis de Aceituna, Aceites, Aguas, Legionella y Productos Alimenticios, adem\u00e1s de asesorar en temas de Calidad Alimentaria.<\/p>\n

Al ser una empresa local granadina, nos caracteriza el contacto directo que tenemos con nuestros clientes, intentando dar soluci\u00f3n a sus necesidades de forma integral (no s\u00f3lo con los an\u00e1lisis) y ajustadas a la realidad de nuestro cliente.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n aplicamos la mejora continua en nuestro hacer diario, para ello, apostamos por la tecnolog\u00eda en el campo anal\u00edtico, llevamos tres a\u00f1os realizando la microbiolog\u00eda en alimentos y aguas por PCR (empezamos cuando la t\u00e9cnica no era conocida por el gran p\u00fablico, ahora esta t\u00e9cnica se ha puesto de moda). Esta t\u00e9cnica nos permite ser m\u00e1s fiables y r\u00e1pidos a la hora de detectar bacterias pat\u00f3genas para los humanos, en horas podemos tener resultados mientras que por los m\u00e9todos tradicionales necesitamos varios d\u00edas para detectar dichos pat\u00f3genos.<\/p>\n
