Su fundador, el chef Nicol\u00e1s S\u00e1nchez, recibi\u00f3 el galard\u00f3n de las manos de Jos\u00e9 Antonio Mart\u00ednez y Carlos \u00c1lvarez, organizadores de la iniciativa y especialistas gastron\u00f3micos. Este premio, que reconoce la mejor hamburguesa granadina del presente a\u00f1o, fue entregado entre algunos de los 34 miembros del jurado popular, que se dieron cita en el establecimiento en una velada acompa\u00f1ada de cerveza, refrescos y hamburguesas.<\/p>\n<p>Nicol\u00e1s S\u00e1nchez reconoci\u00f3 estar \u201cemocionado por un reconocimiento que re\ufb02eja el esfuerzo colectivo de todo su equipo\u201d, siendo su objetivo \u201cinterpretar recetas tradicionales granadinas, entre dos panes, y seguir sumando a la gastronom\u00eda de la ciudad con una apuesta adaptada a la misma\u201d. Por su parte, Carlos \u00c1lvarez, coorganizador e impulsor de la iniciativa, destac\u00f3 que \u201cel nivel de restauraci\u00f3n en Granada de este plato es alt\u00edsimo\u201d y que \u201cel concurso estuvo realmente competido\u201d. Por \u00faltimo, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Mart\u00ednez, tambi\u00e9n fundador y pieza clave en la organizaci\u00f3n, hizo especial hincapi\u00e9 en que \u201cel nivel gastron\u00f3mico de nuestra provincia lleva unos a\u00f1os en clara ascendencia. Iniciativas y gastro espacios como este, suman y empujan para que Granada siga creciendo en su oferta culinaria\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premio \u2018Burguer de Oro\u2019<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Burguer de Oro\u2019, es un galard\u00f3n creado por los populares <em>gastro in\ufb02uencers <\/em>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Mart\u00ednez y Carlos \u00c1lvarez, donde se reconoce anualmente a la mejor hamburguesa granadina entre cinco restaurantes especialistas de este plato. Durante cinco jornadas consecutivas, un jurado popular a modo de cliente misterioso o \u2018mystery shopping\u2019 visita distintos establecimientos de la provincia de manera an\u00f3nima y realiza una votaci\u00f3n basada en 10 factores, como son: calidad, sabor, innovaci\u00f3n, servicio, experiencia, pan, carne, salsa, patatas y presentaci\u00f3n. En esta edici\u00f3n de 2021, celebrada del 5 al 9 de julio, se dieron cita 34 comensales e invirtieron de su propio bolsillo m\u00e1s de 500\u20ac en estas particulares y excelentes hamburguesas.
