En el caso de las empresas del \u00e1mbito tur\u00edstico y de la hosteler\u00eda este tipo de interacciones se convierten en un factor clave de cara a las reservas de futuros clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Para ayudar a los negocios a gestionar este aspecto adecuadamente Granada Empresas ha organizado esta sesi\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica sobre las claves para tramitar las opiniones de la clientela en las redes sociales y en las plataformas de reserva.<\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n correr\u00e1 a cargo de la docente experta en Gesti\u00f3n de Comunicaci\u00f3n Empresarial, M\u00aa Jos\u00e9 Olea Mesa. Gerente en GRUPO3 Marketing y responsable de comunicaci\u00f3n del Grupo Vithas en Granada.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una formaci\u00f3n totalmente gratuita aunque es precisa la inscripci\u00f3n
