Esta semana conocemos de cerca a Miguel y Ver\u00f3nica de Ready GoTraining<\/a><\/p>\n

– Qu\u00e9 puesto desarrollas en la empresa, por qu\u00e9 motivo te decidiste a ponerla en marcha, cuenta un poco tu experiencia…<\/strong>
\nTanto Ver\u00f3nica Leyva como un servidor (Miguel Mellado<\/em>) somos cofundadores y ambos desempe\u00f1amos el rol de co-CEO en\u00a0Ready\u00a0GO Training.<\/p>\n

Por un lado, Ver\u00f3nica es Licenciada en Administraci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas y posee una gran vocaci\u00f3n y pasi\u00f3n por la formaci\u00f3n. En su trayectoria profesional cuenta con m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os de experiencia como gerente en un centro de formaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de ser docente en las pruebas de ingl\u00e9s de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de\u00a0Seguridad del Estado. Lo cual, le ha permitido adquirir una amplia experiencia tanto en la gesti\u00f3n integral de un centro de formaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como, un conocimiento profundo en las necesidades e inquietudes de los opositores.<\/p>\n

En mi caso (Miguel<\/em>), soy diplomado en Ingenier\u00eda T\u00e9cnica Inform\u00e1tica de Gesti\u00f3n con m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia en consultor\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica, especializado en definici\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o e implantaci\u00f3n de arquitecturas de datos para su explotaci\u00f3n en dashboard por los usuarios finales. He colaborado en gran n\u00famero de proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos, dirigiendo muchos de ellos para empresas tanto nacionales como internacionales en distintos sectores, donde cabe destacar:\u00a0Triodos Bank, Banco Santander, Fraternidad Muprespa, Edelvives, Rural Servicios Inform\u00e1ticos, DKV, Generali, entre otras.<\/p>\n

Gracias a nuestra experiencia profesional, nos complementamos enormemente en habilidades (organizativas, gesti\u00f3n, t\u00e9cnicas e interpersonales<\/em>) y \u00e1reas de especializaci\u00f3n (RRHH, Financiero, IT, Administraci\u00f3n, …<\/em>) requeridas por una empresa, lo que ha sido fundamental tanto en la puesta en marcha como en el desarrollo de nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda en estos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Somos una academia de ingl\u00e9s especializada en las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado, concretamente en opositores y miembros de la Guardia Civil, Polic\u00eda Nacional, Militares y Polic\u00eda Local. Adem\u00e1s, impartimos clases con el objetivo de obtener t\u00edtulos oficiales como Trinity, Cambridge y Aptis, siendo nombrado de este \u00faltimo como centro colaborador de British Council.<\/p>\n

Nos mueve la vocaci\u00f3n de nuestros alumnos y su sue\u00f1o de servir a la comunidad, y nos comprometemos a ayudarles a alcanzarlo. De igual modo, aplicamos la misma metodolog\u00eda para alumnos que no son opositores y necesitan de una titulaci\u00f3n oficial de ingl\u00e9s para conseguir sus objetivos, ofreciendo flexibilidad en nuestros horarios de forma que podamos adaptarnos a sus necesidades para conciliar su vida personal y profesional.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Como consecuencia de nuestra obsesi\u00f3n en seguir perfeccionando ambos pilares, m\u00e1s de 300 alumnos nos valoran con una puntuaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de 5* en Google.<\/p>\n
