Mi labor se centra principalmente en el desarrollo de negocio, la gesti\u00f3n de clientes y la coordinaci\u00f3n de proyectos, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque la empresa cuenta con m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de trayectoria, fue durante la crisis cuando dimos un paso decisivo. La contracci\u00f3n del mercado local nos oblig\u00f3 a salir fuera y a replantear nuestra forma de trabajar. Empezamos a apostar por proyectos m\u00e1s exigentes, en nuevos mercados y ciudades, lo que nos llev\u00f3 a elevar nuestro nivel de producto y servicio. Ese proceso de transformaci\u00f3n fue clave para evolucionar y posicionarnos donde estamos hoy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00bfQu\u00e9 servicios y l\u00edneas de negocio tiene tu empresa? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es vuestro valor diferencial?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Master Cocina nos dedicamos a la fabricaci\u00f3n de cocinas a medida, desarrollando proyectos totalmente personalizados. Trabajamos tanto con clientes finales como con estudios de interiorismo y profesionales del sector, adapt\u00e1ndonos a las necesidades de cada proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro principal valor diferencial es la flexibilidad como fabricantes y el control integral de todo el proceso. Esto nos permite ofrecer un alto nivel de personalizaci\u00f3n y cuidar especialmente cada detalle, desde los materiales hasta los acabados.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a este enfoque, nos hemos consolidado como un referente a nivel nacional y hemos ampliado nuestra presencia en mercados internacionales. Adem\u00e1s, trabajar en entornos altamente competitivos nos ha permitido desarrollar una metodolog\u00eda basada en la precisi\u00f3n, el cumplimiento de los plazos y la excelencia en el servicio, aspectos que marcan la diferencia en nuestros proyectos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 perteneces a AJE, qu\u00e9 beneficios encuentras y c\u00f3mo podr\u00edan ayudarte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He decidido formar parte de AJE porque considero muy valiosas este tipo de iniciativas dentro del entorno empresarial. Creo que es importante contar con un espacio en el que coincidir con personas que comparten las mismas inquietudes y los desaf\u00edos que conlleva gestionar una empresa.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel personal, valoro especialmente la oportunidad de compartir experiencias desde un punto de vista cercano y enriquecedor, fuera del d\u00eda a d\u00eda habitual.
