<strong>entr\u00f3 en vigor<\/strong> la Ley 2\/2023, reguladora de la Protecci\u00f3n de las Personas que Informen sobre Infracciones Normativas y de Lucha Contra la Corrupci\u00f3n (<strong>Ley de Protecci\u00f3n del Informante<\/strong>),\u00a0que <strong>obliga <\/strong>a implantar un <strong>CANAL DE DENUNCIAS<\/strong> interno a determinadas organizaciones.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">El objetivo de esta normativa es que, tanto las entidades p\u00fablicas como privadas, establezcan un <strong>Sistema Interno de Informaci\u00f3n obligatorio<\/strong>, que desarrolle un modelo de gobernanza interno ante conductas il\u00edcitas, con pol\u00edticas y procedimientos de gesti\u00f3n, con la clara garant\u00eda de otorgar una protecci\u00f3n adecuada a los informantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Si quieres saber:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8211;\u00a0
