{"id":10222,"date":"2023-07-24 16:04:57","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T12:04:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/?p=10222"},"modified":"2023-07-25T12:45:21","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T10:45:21","slug":"ayudas-para-empresas-subvenciones-por-sobrecoste-energetico-en-andalucia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/2023\/07\/24\/ayudas-para-empresas-subvenciones-por-sobrecoste-energetico-en-andalucia\/","title":{"rendered":"Ayudas para Empresas: Subvenciones por Sobrecoste Energ\u00e9tico en Andaluc\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"container\">\n<section class=\"mb-5\">\n<div class=\"row background-grey py-5\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6 align-self-center\">\n<p>La Junta de Andaluc\u00eda pone en marcha un nuevo paquete de ayudas directas para las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas y personas trabajadoras aut\u00f3nomas que se hayan visto especialmente afectadas por el incremento de precios de la energ\u00eda provocado el pasado a\u00f1o por el impacto de la guerra en Ucrania.<\/p>\n<p>Su dotaci\u00f3n es de 525 millones de euros procedentes del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) del marco 2014-2020.<\/p>\n<div class=\"d-flex\">\n<div class=\"mb-3\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary text-uppercase mb-2 mr-3\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/boja\/2023\/520\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BASES DE LA CONVOCATORIA<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-3\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary text-uppercase mb-2 mr-3\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/boja\/2023\/520\/2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EXTRACTO DE LA CONVOCATORIA<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"font-weight-bold mb-3\">Objetivos<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"mb-5 list-unstyled\">\n<li><strong>Cubrir los costes adicionales<\/strong>, provocados por la subida de los precios del gas y la electricidad desde el 1 de febrero al 31 de diciembre de 2022, con pagos directos de entre 300 euros a 2.000.000 de euros, en funci\u00f3n del sobrecoste sufrido por la empresa o aut\u00f3nomo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"font-weight-bold mb-3\">\u00bfQui\u00e9n puede solicitarlas?<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"list-unstyled\">\n<li><strong>Pymes y Aut\u00f3nomos,\u00a0<\/strong>que hayan subido el incremento en al factura energ\u00e9tica de su negocio durante 2022<\/li>\n<li>Se entender\u00e1 como \u201cespecialmente afectados\u201d aquellas pymes y aut\u00f3nomos cuya facturaci\u00f3n anual en electricidad con respecto a su cifra de negocios, para el ejercicio 2022, sea igual o superior a un porcentaje que se ha fijado en funci\u00f3n de los diferentes sectores de actividad. La tabla de CNAES y porcentajes est\u00e1 recogida en el Anexo I del Decreto Ley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"d-flex flex-column flex-lg-row mb-5\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary text-uppercase mb-2 mr-3\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/sites\/default\/files\/2023-07\/valor_referencia_ayudas_sobrecoste.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VALOR DE REFERENCIA PARA ACCEDER A LA AYUDA SEG\u00daN ACTIVIDAD ECON\u00d3MICA<\/a><a class=\"btn btn-primary text-uppercase mb-2 mr-3\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/juntadeandalucia.es\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-files\/2023\/07\/Tabla_CNAEs_excluidos.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RELACI\u00d3N DE CNAES EXCLUIDOS<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6 text-center mb-3\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<div class=\"row mb-5\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6 align-self-center\">\n<h2 class=\"font-weight-bold mb-3\">C\u00f3mo solicitarla<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"list-unstyled\">\n<li>A trav\u00e9s de un sencillo formulario (en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas se podr\u00e1 ver un v\u00eddeo) que s\u00f3lo requerir\u00e1 al solicitante en el que tendr\u00e1 que aportar sus datos personales, se\u00f1alar la comercializadora que le ha provisto y facturado el gas natural y\/o electricidad en el\u00a0<strong>per\u00edodo comprendido entre el 1 de enero del 2021 al 31 de diciembre del 2022<\/strong>, y su cuenta bancaria para el ingreso de la subvenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 que suscribir una declaraci\u00f3n responsable en la que exprese que cumple los requisitos para recibir la ayuda, que se ha visto afectado por la crisis energ\u00e9tica en los t\u00e9rminos que recoge el Decreto Ley, o que no ha recibido alguna otra ayuda de las incompatibles con esta norma.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00f3lo en el caso de que la solicitud no la realice el beneficiario, sino un apoderado, se requerir\u00e1 \u00fanicamente la\u00a0<strong>acreditaci\u00f3n del apoderamiento<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"d-flex flex-column flex-lg-row mb-5\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary text-uppercase mb-2 mr-3\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/ovorion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OFICINA VIRTUAL<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6 align-self-center\">\n<div class=\"embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row background-grey py-5 mb-5\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12 align-self-center\">\n<h2 class=\"font-weight-bold mb-3\">Requisitos<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"list-unstyled\">\n<li>Entre otros requisitos para acceder a estas ayudas, destaca la obligatoriedad de que la pyme o aut\u00f3nomo\u00a0<strong>desarrolle su actividad econ\u00f3mica en establecimientos ubicados en Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>, que sean titulares de contratos de gas natural y\/o electricidad con empresas comercializadoras que operen en Andaluc\u00eda y dispongan, al menos, de un punto de suministro (CUPS) en territorio andaluz. se ha debido realizar durante el ejercicio 2021, al menos, una de las actividades econ\u00f3micas previstas en los c\u00f3digos de la CNAE detallados en el Anexo I del Decreto-Ley, y mantenerla en el ejercicio 2022.<\/li>\n<li>En el caso de que la persona trabajadora aut\u00f3noma tenga su lugar de trabajo en su vivienda habitual, s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 ser beneficiaria de la ayuda cuando est\u00e9n debidamente diferenciadas con contadores independientes del de la vivienda, ya que no ser\u00e1n subvencionables los consumos energ\u00e9ticos dom\u00e9sticos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"d-flex\">\n<div class=\"mb-3\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary text-uppercase mb-2 mr-3\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/empleoempresaytrabajoautonomo\/publicaciones\/ayudas-sobrecoste-energetico\/comercializadoras.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONSULTAR COMERCIALIZADORAS ADHERIDAS<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-3\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary text-uppercase mb-2 mr-3\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/organismos\/empleoempresaytrabajoautonomo\/servicios\/actualidad\/noticias\/detalle\/419548.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ADHESI\u00d3N DE COMERCIALIZADORAS<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"mb-5\">\n<div class=\"row py-5\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6 text-center\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6 align-self-center\">\n<h2 class=\"font-weight-bold mb-3\">C\u00e1lculo de la ayuda<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"list-unstyled\">\n<li>Se realizar\u00e1 de forma automatizada, por lo que no ser\u00e1 necesario adjuntar documentaci\u00f3n, ya que la comercializadora adherida (enlazar listado?) ha facilitado previamente los ficheros para su consulta.<\/li>\n<li>El c\u00e1lculo de la ayuda tendr\u00e1 en cuenta el denominado \u201cprecio de referencia\u201d, esto es, el coste medio por KWh (Kilovatio hora) de 2021 y su comparaci\u00f3n con el soportado en el per\u00edodo de 2022, siendo la diferencia entre ambos costes aplicada al consumo realizado durante el per\u00edodo subvencionable, el importe de la subvenci\u00f3n concedida.<\/li>\n<li>La subvenci\u00f3n se conceder\u00e1 por el importe del sobrecoste de gas natural y\/o electricidad soportado en el per\u00edodo subvencionable del 2022, esto es, desde el 1 de febrero al 31 de diciembre de ese a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>El procedimiento de concesi\u00f3n de estas ayudas se iniciar\u00e1 a solicitud de la persona interesada y se tramitar\u00e1\u00a0<strong>en r\u00e9gimen de concurrencia no comp<\/strong><strong>etitiva<\/strong>, esto es, en orden de llegada de las solicitudes que vayan cumpliendo los requisitos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pago<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tras la resoluci\u00f3n favorable de solicitudes, se proceder\u00e1 al pago \u00edntegro de la ayuda correspondiente antes del 31 de diciembre de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>La convocatoria de estas ayudas es en concurrencia es competitiva, lo que supone que se resolver\u00e1n por orden de llegada de solicitud, abon\u00e1ndose a aquellos beneficiarios que la hayan solicitado en plazo y cumplan los requisitos, hasta agotar el cr\u00e9dito disponible (525 millones de euros)<\/p>\n<h2>Plazo<\/h2>\n<p>El plazo estar\u00e1 abierto para la presentaci\u00f3n\u00a0de solicitudes\u00a0<strong>hasta el 30 de
