Estos premios, que han estado celebr\u00e1ndose anualmente desde 1996, buscan resaltar la iniciativa, originalidad e innovaci\u00f3n de proyectos empresariales liderados por j\u00f3venes en la creaci\u00f3n de empresas en la provincia de Ja\u00e9n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">En la edici\u00f3n de 2021, AJE Ja\u00e9n introdujo una novedad: la categor\u00eda escolar &#8220;Generaci\u00f3n Alpha&#8221;, dise\u00f1ada para fomentar el pensamiento y la cultura empresarial desde las edades escolares. Este concurso educativo con trasfondo social tiene como objetivo premiar a grupos de j\u00f3venes escolares que desarrollan proyectos empresariales, promoviendo as\u00ed el pensamiento emprendedor desde temprana edad. Adem\u00e1s, se busca reconocer y destacar a los centros educativos comprometidos con el emprendimiento, implementando l\u00edneas formativas destinadas a la creaci\u00f3n y desarrollo empresarial.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Participantes y Documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">La convocatoria est\u00e1 abierta a alumnos de 4\u00ba ESO y 1\u00ba Bachiller de cualquier centro escolar en la provincia de Ja\u00e9n que apueste por el fomento del emprendimiento. Los equipos, compuestos por un m\u00ednimo de 2 y un m\u00e1ximo de 8 alumnos, podr\u00e1n representar a cada centro escolar, participando en el concurso con proyectos empresariales innovadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">La solicitud de participaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 mediante el<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/iUoWDobo3Vos7GVR6\">formulario de inscripci\u00f3n<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong> y posteriormente enviando\u00a0a <strong><a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"mailto:comunicacion@ajejaen.es\" target=\"_new\">comunicacion@ajejaen.es<\/a><\/strong> con el asunto: &#8220;Formalizaci\u00f3n de Inscripci\u00f3n Generaci\u00f3n Alpha.&#8221; la imagen corporativa del proyecto (logotipo) y enviando una memoria explicativa en formato pdf o presentaci\u00f3n Power Point.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Formato y Requisitos de la Propuesta<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Los proyectos empresariales presentados deber\u00e1n enfocarse en la creaci\u00f3n de un producto o servicio aplicable a una empresa real. En la edici\u00f3n 2024, colabora la empresa McDonald&#8217;s, por lo que los proyectos deber\u00e1n centrarse en \u00e1reas como el acceso a productos locales en hosteler\u00eda, mejora de la experiencia familiar en servicios, uso de inteligencia artificial para mejorar la experiencia digital de clientes en el sector servicios, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Plazo de Presentaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Los equipos interesados deber\u00e1n inscribirse entre el 6 de febrero de 2024 y el 15 de marzo de 2024. La evaluaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a cargo de un jurado compuesto por representantes del sector educativo, empresarios, patrocinadores y miembros de la directiva de AJE. Se valorar\u00e1n aspectos como el nivel de desarrollo empresarial, viabilidad del proyecto, contribuci\u00f3n a la conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente y la igualdad, originalidad y creatividad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n del Concurso y Categor\u00edas<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">La categor\u00eda escolar &#8220;Generaci\u00f3n Alpha&#8221;
