Geolit. 3 de junio de 2025\u2013 En un firme compromiso con el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y el impulso del emprendimiento en la provincia, la Asociaci\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes Empresarios de Ja\u00e9n (A.J.E.) y Caja Rural de Ja\u00e9n, han firmado un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 mejorar el acceso a recursos, formaci\u00f3n y financiaci\u00f3n para los j\u00f3venes empresarios.<\/p>\n

El acto de firma, celebrado en Ja\u00e9n, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de D. Antonio del Moral Mart\u00ednez, presidente de A.J.E. Ja\u00e9n, y D. \u00c1lvaro Mart\u00ednez Rodr\u00edguez, director general adjunto de Caja Rural de Ja\u00e9n. Ambas partes reconocieron su capacidad y voluntad para formalizar
\nesta alianza estrat\u00e9gica, dirigida a generar oportunidades y respaldar el emprendimiento en el territorio.<\/p>\n

MISI\u00d3N DE A.J.E. JA\u00c9N<\/h5>\n

La Asociaci\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes Empresarios de Ja\u00e9n, con personalidad jur\u00eddica propia y plena capacidad de obrar, tiene como misi\u00f3n principal representar, defender y promover los intereses profesionales de los j\u00f3venes empresarios de la provincia. A.J.E. fomenta una cultura
\nemprendedora mediante la formaci\u00f3n, el asesoramiento y la creaci\u00f3n de redes de contacto que favorezcan el crecimiento de proyectos empresariales sostenibles e innovadores. La entidad act\u00faa como interlocutor ante instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, contribuyendo
\nactivamente a la mejora del entorno socioecon\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

MISI\u00d3N DE CAJA RURAL DE JA\u00c9N<\/h6>\n

Por su parte, Caja Rural de Ja\u00e9n reafirma con este acuerdo su papel como entidad comprometida con el desarrollo integral de la provincia. Su misi\u00f3n es prestar servicios financieros con vocaci\u00f3n de cercan\u00eda, apoyo al territorio y responsabilidad social, reinvirtiendo en el bienestar de sus socios y clientes. A lo largo de su trayectoria, la entidad ha mantenido un fuerte v\u00ednculo con el tejido productivo local, destacando por su colaboraci\u00f3n con instituciones, cooperativas, pymes y asociaciones que contribuyen al progreso
\necon\u00f3mico, cultural y social.<\/p>\n

UN ACUERDO AL SERVICIO DEL EMPRENDIMIENTO JOVEN<\/h6>\n

A trav\u00e9s de este acuerdo, Caja Rural de Ja\u00e9n se compromete a poner a disposici\u00f3n de A.J.E. y de sus asociados una amplia gama de productos y servicios financieros, as\u00ed como apoyo en iniciativas formativas, sociales y de impulso econ\u00f3mico. Adem\u00e1s, su red de m\u00e1s de 170 oficinas distribuidas por Ja\u00e9n, Barcelona, Madrid, C\u00f3rdoba y Sevilla garantiza una atenci\u00f3n pr\u00f3xima y personalizada.
\n\u201cEste acuerdo es una muestra m\u00e1s de nuestra voluntad de acompa\u00f1ar a quienes est\u00e1n construyendo el futuro de nuestra provincia. Los j\u00f3venes empresarios necesitan aliados s\u00f3lidos y comprometidos, y Caja Rural de Ja\u00e9n quiere ser ese socio estrat\u00e9gico que los acompa\u00f1e en cada etapa de su desarrollo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u00c1lvaro Mart\u00ednez Rodr\u00edguez, director general adjunto de la entidad.
\nAntonio del Moral, presidente de A.J.E. Ja\u00e9n, destac\u00f3 que \u201cEste acuerdo supone un paso decisivo para mejorar el acceso a la financiaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes empresarios de Ja\u00e9n, uno de los principales retos a la hora de emprender. Gracias al respaldo de Caja Rural de Ja\u00e9n, podremos ofrecer a nuestros asociados herramientas concretas para impulsar sus proyectos con m\u00e1s seguridad y solvencia\u201d.
\nEste acuerdo sella una alianza clave para el fortalecimiento del ecosistema empresarial joven en Ja\u00e9n, promoviendo un entorno favorable para la innovaci\u00f3n, la creaci\u00f3n de empleo y la sostenibilidad empresarial en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
