{"id":15987,"date":"2026-09-18 19:31:14","date_gmt":"2026-09-18T15:31:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/?p=15987"},"modified":"2026-09-21T10:42:29","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T08:42:29","slug":"aje-jaen-sistema-arbitral-consumo-empresas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/2026\/09\/18\/aje-jaen-sistema-arbitral-consumo-empresas\/","title":{"rendered":"Los asociados de AJE conocen las ventajas del Sistema Arbitral de Consumo para resolver conflictos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">La<strong> Asociaci\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes Empresarios de Ja\u00e9n<\/strong> (AJE Ja\u00e9n) ha participado, junto a la <strong>Confederaci\u00f3n de Empresarios de Ja\u00e9n<\/strong> (CEJ), en una jornada informativa dedicada al <strong>Sistema Arbitral de Consumo<\/strong>, una v\u00eda extrajudicial para resolver posibles conflictos entre empresas y consumidores de forma transparente y sin necesidad de recurrir a los tribunales.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El encuentro, organizado por la CEJ en el marco del convenio que mantiene con la Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Ja\u00e9n para divulgar este mecanismo y fomentar la adhesi\u00f3n de las empresas jiennenses, reuni\u00f3 a representantes del \u00e1mbito empresarial e institucional, entre ellos la presidenta de AJE Ja\u00e9n, <strong>Roc\u00edo Uceda<\/strong>, el presidente de la CEJ, Bartolom\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez, el diputado de Servicios Municipales, Jos\u00e9 Luis Hidalgo, y el concejal de Consumo del Ayuntamiento de Ja\u00e9n, Francisco Lechuga.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la jornada se puso sobre la mesa la utilidad que este sistema puede tener para las empresas, especialmente para aquellas que est\u00e1n construyendo su relaci\u00f3n con los clientes y quieren incorporar buenas pr\u00e1cticas en su actividad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-15988 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/09\/20260918_114010000_iOS-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/09\/20260918_114010000_iOS-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/09\/20260918_114010000_iOS-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/09\/20260918_114010000_iOS-500x500.jpg 500w, https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2026\/09\/20260918_114010000_iOS-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para AJE Ja\u00e9n, conocer herramientas como el Sistema Arbitral de Consumo resulta especialmente relevante para empresarios y empresarias que afrontan en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda cuestiones relacionadas con la atenci\u00f3n al cliente, la resoluci\u00f3n de incidencias y la generaci\u00f3n de relaciones comerciales basadas en la confianza.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la adhesi\u00f3n al Sistema Arbitral de Consumo puede funcionar tambi\u00e9n como una forma de trasladar al consumidor el compromiso de una empresa con unas relaciones comerciales transparentes y responsables. Adem\u00e1s, el mecanismo permite abordar posibles discrepancias por una v\u00eda extrajudicial, evitando los costes y tr\u00e1mites asociados a un procedimiento judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el encuentro tambi\u00e9n se destac\u00f3 la eficacia del sistema. Seg\u00fan los datos compartidos en la jornada, m\u00e1s del 90 % de los laudos arbitrales se cumplen sin necesidad de medidas adicionales, lo que pone de manifiesto la utilidad de este mecanismo para resolver conflictos de manera \u00e1gil.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n de AJE Ja\u00e9n en esta jornada se enmarca en su compromiso por facilitar a sus asociados acceso a informaci\u00f3n, recursos y
