{"id":16534,"date":"2026-10-22 18:17:19","date_gmt":"2026-10-22T14:17:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/?p=16534"},"modified":"2026-10-22T16:28:02","modified_gmt":"2026-10-22T14:28:02","slug":"horizonte-empresarial-3-0-jaen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/2026\/10\/22\/horizonte-empresarial-3-0-jaen\/","title":{"rendered":"Horizonte Empresarial invita al tejido empresarial de Ja\u00e9n a mirar al futuro con resiliencia y optimismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El encuentro, celebrado en el Teatro Darymelia, ha contado con Sergio Tejerina, Edu Blanco y Raquel Roca y con la asistencia de representantes empresariales e institucionales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Ja\u00e9n, 21 de octubre de 2026.-<\/strong> <strong>La Asociaci\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes Empresarios de Ja\u00e9n (AJE Ja\u00e9n) ha celebrado una nueva edici\u00f3n de Horizonte Empresarial, una jornada que ha reunido en el Teatro Darymelia a empresarios, profesionales y representantes institucionales para reflexionar sobre innovaci\u00f3n, liderazgo, resiliencia y los cambios que marcar\u00e1n el futuro de las empresas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El encuentro ha contado con las intervenciones de <strong>Sergio Tejerina<\/strong>,<strong> Edu Blanco<\/strong>\u00a0y <strong>Raquel Roca<\/strong>, que han abordado los desaf\u00edos empresariales desde distintas perspectivas: la innovaci\u00f3n y la mentor\u00eda, el liderazgo y la capacidad de superar dificultades, y el impacto de la inteligencia artificial generativa en el futuro del trabajo. La jornada tambi\u00e9n ha contado con la presencia del presidente de la Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Ja\u00e9n y otros representantes institucionales.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo el lema <strong>\u201cSer disruptivos en tiempos de cambio\u201d,<\/strong> Horizonte Empresarial ha puesto el foco en la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n de las empresas ante un entorno marcado por los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, los cambios en las formas de trabajar y la necesidad de tomar decisiones en escenarios cada vez m\u00e1s exigentes. Las intervenciones han destacado la importancia de combinar innovaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje con el valor de las personas y sus capacidades.<\/p>\n<p>Para AJE Ja\u00e9n, este debate tiene una especial relevancia en la provincia, donde las empresas afrontan importantes retos, pero tambi\u00e9n nuevas oportunidades. <strong>Visibilizar a quienes emprenden<\/strong>, lideran equipos y consolidan proyectos es clave para reconocer su contribuci\u00f3n a la econom\u00eda y reforzar la confianza en el tejido empresarial jiennense.<\/p>\n<p>En esta l\u00ednea, la presidenta de AJE Ja\u00e9n, Roc\u00edo Uceda, ha destacado la importancia de dar visibilidad a la labor de las empresas de la provincia, especialmente a las nuevas generaciones de empresarios y empresarias que impulsan <strong>proyectos, generan oportunidades y contribuyen al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de Ja\u00e9n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con esta nueva edici\u00f3n de Horizonte Empresarial, enmarcada dentro del Proyecto <strong>&#8220;Fomento de la cultura empresarial&#8221;<\/strong> que desarrolla AJE Ja\u00e9n subvencionado por la <strong>Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Ja\u00e9n,<\/strong> la asociaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa promoviendo espacios de encuentro y reflexi\u00f3n para el tejido empresarial, favoreciendo el intercambio de ideas y experiencias ante los desaf\u00edos que afrontan las
