La presente edici\u00f3n, <strong>iniciativa de la Confederaci\u00f3n de Empresarios de Ja\u00e9n (CEJ) y subvencionado por la Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Ja\u00e9n<\/strong>, pretende seguir realizando una actuaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica <strong>para crear sinergias entre empresas tractoras y auxiliares instaladas en la provincia de Ja\u00e9n<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"texto-presentacion\">Con el presente proyecto, se persigue dar continuidad a las potencialidades detectadas durante el proyecto \u201cJa\u00e9n Sinergia 2017-2018\u201d y derivadas de las empresas tractoras instaladas en Ja\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texto-presentacion\">El objetivo es continuar con el planteamiento inicial de efectuar una acci\u00f3n directa que posibilite incorporar a las empresas auxiliares a las cadenas de valor global de las grandes empresas, e incrementar su participaci\u00f3n en el valor a\u00f1adido generado por estas empresas<\/p>\n<p class=\"texto-presentacion\">El proyecto JA\u00c9N-SINERGIA, pretende alcanzar los siguientes <strong>objetivos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"texto-presentacion\">\n<li><strong>Acercar la industria auxiliar a las necesidades actuales de la empresa tractora<\/strong>, y conectarla con los mercados globales.<\/li>\n<li>Incrementar las posibilidades de <strong>reconversi\u00f3n entre aquellos subsectores industriales m\u00e1s expuestos a la crisis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identificar obst\u00e1culos para el desarrollo industrial<\/strong> y el establecimiento de nuevas empresas tractoras:\n<ul>\n<li>Infraestructuras<\/li>\n<li>Tecnolog\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n especializada<\/li>\n<li>Costes<\/li>\n<li>Medio Ambiente<\/li>\n<li>Marco regulatorio<\/li>\n<li>Tr\u00e1mites administrativos<\/li>\n<li>Comercio exterior y las relaciones internacionales<\/li>\n<li>Relaciones Laborales, etc&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fomentar nuevas iniciativas empresariales\/industriales<\/strong>, mediante la colaboraci\u00f3n entre empresa tractora, Confederaci\u00f3n de Empresarios de Ja\u00e9n, Instituto Municipal de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Empleo, Universidad, sociedad del conocimiento y nuevos emprendedores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dotar de una herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong> potente al tejido empresarial jiennense <strong>en la que puedan encontrar los proveedores locales necesarios <\/strong>para desarrollar su actividad de una manera
