General de Seguridad Social ha emitido un oficio en el que comunica un cambio de criterio en relaci\u00f3n a la aplicaci\u00f3n de la conocida como tarifa plana a los aut\u00f3nomos societarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><span style=\"color: #000000\">Este cambio de criterio se ha llevado a cabo al existir doctrina jurisprudencial, siendo la primera sentencia que se dict\u00f3 en este sentido la STS n\u00ba 1669\/19 de 3 de diciembre de 2019, sigui\u00e9ndole posteriormente las dictadas el 27 de febrero de 2020 (sentencia n\u00ba 286\/2020) y el 4 de marzo de 2020 (sentencia n\u00ba 315\/2020).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
