{"id":7005,"date":"2021-04-06 13:53:51","date_gmt":"2021-04-06T11:53:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/?p=7005"},"modified":"2021-04-15T11:38:39","modified_gmt":"2021-04-15T09:38:39","slug":"subvenciones-mantenimiento-empleo-empresas-erte-covid-19-decreto-ley-4-2021-junta-de-andalucia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/2021\/04\/06\/subvenciones-mantenimiento-empleo-empresas-erte-covid-19-decreto-ley-4-2021-junta-de-andalucia\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevas medidas y subvenciones de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080\"><strong>Subvenciones para el mantenimiento de empleo en empresas afectadas por ERTE<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Abierto el plazo de solicitud de las subvenciones<\/strong> reguladas en el <strong>Cap\u00edtulo II del Decreto-ley 4\/2021,<\/strong> de 23 de marzo, por el que se adoptan diversas medidas, con car\u00e1cter urgente y extraordinario, como consecuencia de la situaci\u00f3n ocasionada por el coronavirus (<strong>COVID-19),<\/strong> y<strong>\u00a0para el mantenimiento de empleo en empresas afectadas por ERTE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>S\u00f3lo para empresas que hayan presentado un ERTE que haya sido aprobado y que tengan al menos un trabajador en situaci\u00f3n de alta desde entonces<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><u>Plazo solicitudes:<\/u>\u00a025 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles a partir del 30-03-2021, hasta el 5 de mayo de 2021<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">La subvenci\u00f3n se destina a sufragar los costes laborales de las personas trabajadoras, incluido el salario y la Seguridad Social, a cargo de la empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><u>Requisitos:<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tener o haber tenido por parte de la autoridad laboral competente desde el d\u00eda 14 de marzo 2020 y hasta el 25 de marzo de 2021, la correspondiente resoluci\u00f3n estimatoria, expresa o por silencio, o comunicaci\u00f3n a la autoridad laboral del resultado del per\u00edodo de consultas a la finalizaci\u00f3n del mismo y de la decisi\u00f3n adoptada por la empresa, de un expediente de regulaci\u00f3n temporal de empleo que afecte a uno o varios centros de trabajo ubicados en la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Andaluc\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Tener una plantilla media de hasta 20 personas trabajadoras<\/strong>. A estos efectos, se tomar\u00e1 como referencia la plantilla media de personas trabajadoras en alta indicada en el Informe sobre el n\u00famero medio anual de trabajadores en situaci\u00f3n de alta de la Seguridad Social.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Realizar alguna de las actividades econ\u00f3micas (principal o complementaria) encuadradas en los CNAE<\/strong> que se recogen en el Anexo I del Decreto-ley 4\/2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tener, al menos, una persona trabajadora en alta laboral por cuenta ajena, independientemente del porcentaje de jornada por la que est\u00e9 en alta, en el momento de la comprobaci\u00f3n pertinente de conformidad con lo recogido en el art\u00edculo 30 del Decreto-ley 4\/2021, de 23 de marzo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Hallarse al corriente del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social conforme al art\u00edculo 14.1.e) de la Ley 38\/2003, de 17 de noviembre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Para mas informaci\u00f3n consulta la convocatoria pulsando <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ajeandalucia.org\/jaen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/04\/AYUDAS-MANTENIMIENTO-EMPLEO-EMPRESAS-AFECTADAS-ERTE-COVID-19-Decreto-ley-4-2021-BOJA-29-03-2021-extra.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cea.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/BOJA-Correci%C3%B3n-de-errores-Decreto-4-21-medidas.pdf?utm_campaign=correcion-de-errores-medidas-extraordinarias_masempresas&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=mail-marketing\">*\u00a0Correcci\u00f3n de errores del Decreto-ley 4\/2021, de 23 de marzo, por el que se adoptan diversas medidas, con car\u00e1cter urgente y extraordinario, como consecuencia de la situaci\u00f3n ocasionada por el coronavirus (COVID-19), que ha sido publica en el BOJA extraordinario n\u00fam. 31, de 13 de abril de 2021.<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>Decreto-ley 5\/2021, de 30 de marzo, por el que se adoptan medidas urgentes en el \u00e1mbito econ\u00f3mico como consecuencia de la situaci\u00f3n ocasionada por el coronavirus (COVID-19), para el sector de las agencias de viajes, para la reactivaci\u00f3n de actos culturales promovidos por Agrupaciones, Consejos, Federaciones, Uniones u otras entidades de an\u00e1loga naturaleza que integren hermandades y cofrad\u00edas de Andaluc\u00eda en 2021, para el mantenimiento de la actividad de los sectores del comercio minorista y de la hosteler\u00eda, y se modifican otras disposiciones. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Medidas para la reactivaci\u00f3n de actos culturales promovidos por Agrupaciones, Consejos, Federaciones, Uniones u otras entidades de an\u00e1loga naturaleza que integren hermandades y cofrad\u00edas de Andaluc\u00eda en 2021, como consecuencia de la crisis sanitaria generada por el coronavirus (COVID-19).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Se aprueban, como medida extraordinaria, unas bases reguladoras para la concesi\u00f3n, en r\u00e9gimen de concurrencia no competitiva, de una l\u00ednea de subvenciones para las agencias de viajes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Se aprueban como medidas extraordinarias dos l\u00edneas de subvenciones para determinadas pymes de los sectores del comercio minorista y de la hosteler\u00eda, respectivamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre estas medidas <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/eboja\/2021\/527\/BOJA21-527-00067-5673-01_00189566.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8211; Restricci\u00f3n de entrada y salida desde las 00:00 horas del d\u00eda 2 de abril de 2021 en\u00a0los municipios relacionados en el anexo a <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/eboja\/2021\/527\/BOJA21-527-00003-5700-01_00189597.pdf\">esta orden\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080\"><strong>Extracto de la convocatoria de subvenciones reguladas en el Decreto-ley 1\/2021, de 12 de enero, por el que se establecen medidas urgentes para el mantenimiento de la actividad de los sectores del comercio minorista y de la hosteler\u00eda y se modifican varios decretos-leyes dictados como consecuencia de la situaci\u00f3n ocasionada por el coronavirus (COVID-19).<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Se convocan para el a\u00f1o 2021, las dos l\u00edneas de subvenciones reguladas en el art\u00edculo 1 del <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/boja\/2021\/505\/BOJA21-505-00028-343-01_00184307.pdf\">Decreto-ley 1\/2021, de 12 de enero<\/a><\/span>, por el que se establecen medidas para el mantenimiento de la actividad de los sectores del <strong>comercio minorista y de la hosteler\u00eda.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Las dos l\u00edneas de subvenciones son las siguientes:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">a) L\u00ednea 1. Medida urgente para el mantenimiento de la actividad del sector econ\u00f3mico del comercio minorista.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">b) L\u00ednea 2. Medida urgente para el mantenimiento de la actividad del sector econ\u00f3mico de la hosteler\u00eda.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Beneficiarios<\/strong>: Las pymes que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos por el art\u00edculo 5 del <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/boja\/2021\/505\/BOJA21-505-00028-343-01_00184307.pdf\">Decreto-ley 1\/2021, de 12 de enero<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:
