style=\"color: #000000\">Tendr\u00e1n la condici\u00f3n de beneficiarios\/as de estas subvenciones las personas f\u00edsicas que promuevan proyectos empresariales<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f829204 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p><strong><span class=\"pre-text\" style=\"color: #000000\">Cuant\u00eda de la ayuda:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">La subvenci\u00f3n por beneficiario ser\u00e1 de un importe cierto de dos mil novecientos noventa euros (2.990 euros).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Las subvenciones previstas en estas normas reguladoras est\u00e1n dotadas con un presupuesto de quinientos noventa y ocho mil euros (598.000,00 euros), lo que supone un total de 200 subvenciones, que se distribuir\u00e1n por municipios de acuerdo al criterio poblacional establecido en el art. 6.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6585282 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p><strong><span class=\"pre-text\" style=\"color: #000000\">Actividades subvencionables:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Alquiler de local o establecimiento donde se desarrolle la actividad durante los meses comprendidos en el per\u00edodo subvencionable. En ning\u00fan caso se abonar\u00e1n fianzas o derivados de las mismas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0Gastos en publicidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0Gastos de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de asesor\u00eda laboral, contable y fiscal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0Alta de colegializaci\u00f3n hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 1.000,00 euros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0Gastos del suministro el\u00e9ctrico del local o establecimiento donde se desarrolle la actividad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Gastos de material fungible necesario para la realizaci\u00f3n de la actividad derivados de las\u00a0medidas de higiene y prevenci\u00f3n como consecuencia del COVID-19. (gastos de EPIS,\u00a0facturas del servicio de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0Gastos de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Licencias municipales obligatorias para la realizaci\u00f3n de la actividad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Para el caso de emprendedores digitales ser\u00e1n subvencionables los gastos derivados del pago\u00a0de suscripciones peri\u00f3dicas a aplicaciones inform\u00e1ticas hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 1.000,00 euros.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5252604 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><strong><span class=\"pre-text\" style=\"color: #000000\">Requisitos:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">a) Haber iniciado una actividad econ\u00f3mica en alguno de los 91 municipios de la provincia de Ja\u00e9n con poblaci\u00f3n inferior a 20.000 habitantes, con su correspondiente alta en el R\u00e9gimen Especial de Trabajadores Aut\u00f3nomos de la Seguridad Social, o en aquel que legal o estatutariamente le corresponda, con fecha de alta a partir del 1 de julio de 2021 y anterior a la fecha de presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud de subvenci\u00f3n.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">b) No haber ejercido una actividad econ\u00f3mica en el R\u00e9gimen Especial de Trabajadores Aut\u00f3nomos en los doce meses anteriores al alta a la que se refiere el punto a). La fecha del alta en la actividad econ\u00f3mica deber\u00e1 coincidir con la de alta en el R\u00e9gimen Especial de Trabajadores Aut\u00f3nomos, con un margen de 30 d\u00edas.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">c) Estar empadronado, con una antig\u00fcedad de al menos 3 meses anteriores a la fecha de publicaci\u00f3n en el BOLET\u00cdN OFICIAL de la Provincia de Ja\u00e9n (BOP) de esta Convocatoria, en alguno de los 91 municipios de la provincia de Ja\u00e9n con menos de 20.000 habitantes, relacionados en el art\u00edculo 6.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">d) No haber sido beneficiario\/a de subvenci\u00f3n en el marco de anteriores convocatorias del Plan de Empleo de la provincia de Ja\u00e9n, destinadas a fomentar la creaci\u00f3n de empleo
